This role is working in IT Department, the Staff, IT Banking Application Administration will perform the following duties:

Main Duties

• Organize the operation of the core banking system in daily banking operations smoothly, accurately and clearly.
• Monitor the installation of data in the core banking system accurately and clearly to support daily banking operations and other reports as required.
• Provide support and solution on time for troubleshooting of employees who use all core banking systems for daily banking operations, such as Reset Password, Release Locked, Run Service, slow system problems and other system failure.
• Monitor all issues related to the core banking system and other issues from users, record in the Ticket System to prioritize, solve and develop more effectively.
• Study and analyze the shortcomings of the core banking system and solve the problems in the Ticket System by collaboration with the vendor of the core banking system to prepare necessary test before input the testing system into the final system for official use.
• Prepare COB report to maintain daily core banking system data and provide accurate and timely reports from core banking system as per request from relevant parties.
• Control and regularly monitor the equipment that support the operation of the security system and control the access rights to the core banking system to ensure the accuracy in accordance with the security principles of information technology of FTB Bank with high efficiency.
• Prepare a monthly report, requesting document for problem solving, modifying the test package or any other issues for the manager and related parties clearly.
• Participate in meetings to discuss various difficulties in order to solve, improve and provide regular training and skills training to perform work effectively.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related degree
• Minimum of one year in Core Banking or Development with Bank/MFI is preferable
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to create project analyst, project requirement, proposals requirement documentations, presentations, create reports and offer recommendation base on business requirement
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong processing flow Core Banking and Development
