This role is working in Digital Department and responsibility for monitoring and supporting switching System and card management working smoothly.

Main Duties

• Support Switching & Card Management System
• Support end users.
• Working with Vendors to implement project and resolve all system issues.
• Keep Monitoring System performance make sure up and running 24/7.
• Maintain Switching and Card Management System environment (DC/DR/Testing).
• Working and support closely with relevant team for successfully completion of the Projects
• Monitor System connectivity performance to make sure transactions are working smoothly 24/7.
• Develop, evaluate and implement new features of Card Payment system for improving card products and Card Operation.
• Develop System interface (API and ISO message)
• Prepare monthly System Performance Report for Managements and relevant teams.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
• Managing the process of Debit/Credit card operations included assessment, collection and authorize.
• Participates in card system upgrade and testing, if required.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by line manager

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
• At least one-year experience in managing CMS or others System with Bank/MFI
• Good knowledge of Card Product, CSS and other card scheme etc.,
• Good Knowledge of ISO 8583 message, API management and development and System integration.
• Knowledge in programming languages JAVA, C++, C# is a plus
• A strong desire to work in a team
• Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
