Staff, Digital Branch Support Unit

This role is working in Digital Department and responsibility for monitoring and supporting Digital Branch to working smoothly.

Main Duties

  • Support Digital Brach Project
  • Maintain Terminal Management System environment DC, DR, and Testing
  • Digital branches installation and configuration.
  • Resolve system and terminals issues.
  • Support user operation.
  • Create report and relevant processing from system and terminals.
  • Prepare Manual, procedure and guideline and users training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/ Experiences

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related skill
  • Experience with Terminal Management System
  • Minimum 1 year Experience with ATM and CRM hardware and software
  • Experience in other self-service terminals such as VTM, CIM, CEM, FDM is a plus
  • Understanding on PL/SQL and SQL query is a plus
  • Understanding in Digital terminal operation support
  • Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
