Staff, Digital Branch Support Unit

This role is lead and manage tasks and duties of ATM Network & Digital Branch support office to ensure ongoing performance and achieve planned targets.

Main Duties

• Support SEM projects and operations testing;
• Arrange SEM delivery and installation;
• Provide the daily support to stakeholder;
• Monitor card level and plan daily card loading schedule;
• Minimize downtime of SEM;
• Assist to delivery card to Branches;
• Collect and delivery captured card;
• Assist team to manage SEM and equipment stock;
• Assist supervisor to prepare SEM report include terminal performance, transaction, uptime, card management, etc;
• Provide relevant training to branch staff, contact center and stakeholder;
• Provide online and offsite support to all branches staff;
• Checkup product SEM environment;
• Assist to review and update ATM policy and procedure;
• Execute the terminal delivery plan and development on timely manner;
• Monitor the performance of terminal to ensure service up 24/7;
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field;
• At least one-year experience in managing ATM and CMS or other systems with Bank/MFI;
• Computer science & engineering;
• Good knowledge of Card Product, CSS and other card scheme, etc;
• PLSQL, ORACLE, JBOSS, ISO 8583, API, etc;
• A strong desire to work in a team;
• High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
