Senior Staff, Financial Planning & Analysis Unit

Main Duties

• Prepare monthly NBC CAS Credit Reporting.
• Prepare monthly NBC Capital Adequacy Ratio (“CAR”).
• Prepare monthly CIFRS reports/dashboards.
• Prepare monthly FS Analysis.
• Prepare monthly Budget Utilization.
• Prepare monthly CAPEX reporting/dashboard.
• Prepare monthly Management report/dashboard.
• Prepare monthly Loan rollforward report/dashboard.
• Prepare monthly Cashflow Statement.
• Assist in preparing Liquidity Stress-Testing
• Assist in preparing Annual Financial Budget Planning.
• Assist in preparing business strategies including market & competitor analysis.
• Assist in preparing Annual Audited _ FS both Khmer & English.
• Assist in preparing Annual Audited _ Letter of Representative Letter.
• Assist in preparing annual Business Plan (Word, Excel, PDF).
• Assist in preparing Financial Supplementary Report both Khmer & English.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or related field.
• A minimum of at least 2-3 years of experiences in banking sector.
• Good computer literacy in Word and Advance Excel (Power BI is a plus).
• Fluent in English both speaking & writing.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• High commitment with good critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Good understanding of financial accounting principles and procedures.
