Staff, Core Banking System Unit

This role is working in IT Department and ensure the whole Core banking system working smoothly.

Main Duties

• Monitoring unauthorized access, suspicious transaction and collect log for analyzing
• Ensure the application working without error
• Help Desk and Support any error occur from user or system bug
• Update latest patch version of Core banking (Application and Database)
• Support for any create new version, routine…
• Maintain Hard ware and software (Platform) for Core banking
• Provide solution if business requires
• Report design and submit to NBC
• Design interface
• Apply correction to testing and production
• Book ticket to Temenos and follow up
• Design backup and data lost prevention
• Implement and enhancement security
• Scheduling auto task for Core banking (Clear log, temp, disk space…)
• Prepare monthly Report to each department as requested
• Edit field or Extract data if need
• Support new project as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
• At least two-year experience in managing CBS or others System with Bank/MFI
• Familiar with Hardware of Oracle, HP, IBM
• Knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Windows, Solaris), Database (Oracle, SQL Server),
  Programming (PL/SQL, Java, C/C++,Shell Script, Python),Reporting Tool ( Eclipse, Netbean,
  iReport, BIRT) and Accounting (Principal Accounting /Accounting for the Banking System)
• A strong desire to work in a team
• High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
