Officer, Acquiring Services Unit

This role is under Digital Banking Department, the primary functions of the position are to provide Acquiring Services developed with latest technology, address risk mitigation, set terms, fees and compile procedures/guidelines for using in Department.

Main Duties

• Work closely with related departments to deploy POS terminals, QR code, Bill Payments services and online shopping (eCommerce) and provide support effectively.
• Perform daily transaction reconciliation of POS, eCommerce, Biller, KHQR and upcoming Acquiring Services.
• Evaluating and inspecting legal business contracts and other supporting documents of all customers who request to use any acquiring service in accordance with the requirements of the bank accurately and clearly.
• Monitoring of business progress of all merchants, analyze risk, visit regularly, collect information, complain and difficulties or other suggestions for improvements in a timely manner.
• Work closely with relevant parties and suppliers/vendor of acquiring services to resolve transaction disputes/issues quickly and accurately.
• Monitor terminal inventory and other related documents from merchant properly.
• Timely prepare acquiring service performance report for management.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor degree in Management, Finance and Banking, or related field.
• At least three years of experience in related areas.
• Quick learner with innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and advance within the support team environment.
• Experience with Digital Banking Products Systems.
• Good communication skills, you should be able to explain technical scenario’s to a non-technical product owner.
• Able to work under pressure and upcountry.
