Manager, Settlement Unit

Responsible for Leading digital accounting by reconciliation and settlement of projects of digital banking.

Main Duties

• Manage the reconciliation and settlement of all digital banking transactions (Bakong, Merchant POS, Mobile App, Internet Banking, QR, E-Commerce, Visa, Wing, Lyhour, Caltex…). Accurate and timely.
• Lead team to join working group with digital team / related department for new / updated projects.
• Review accounting entry/GL for UAT testing with related department.
• Manage and lead team to ensure accounting of all projects is properly and timely recorded
• Ensure that all customer complaint with other technical / stakeholders are handled timely and accurately.
• Other tasks assigned by Office Management.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, or related field.
• At least 3- 5 years of experiences related to the said position.
• Good knowledge and understanding digital products of Bakong, Merchant/POS, bill payment, payment gateway, etc.
• Prefer experience of digital accounting from other banks
• Good organizational and time management skills
• A strong desire to work in a team oriented
• ​ ​​High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency
