Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT)

Real-Time Fund Transfer (RFT) is the local fund transfer service developed by the National Bank of Cambodia allowing customers to perform fund transfer in real-time within financial institutions which are the participating members of the retail pay.
Features

• Send and receive fund in real-time within participating financial institutions.
• Currency in KHR and USD
• Fund Transfer Base on Account Number: send your money from FTB Account to participating member’s accounts.
• Fund Transfer Base on Mobile Number: send your money from FTB Account to receiver using phone number for the cash withdrawal.
• Cash-out Using Passcode: Withdraw your money at any FTB Branches or participating members using the Passcode provided.

Fee Charges

Maximum Amount per Transaction

• Fund Transfer Base on Account Number: 200 Million KHR or USD 50,000
• Fund Transfer Base on Mobile Number: 4 Million KHR or USD 1,000

Fund Transfer Base on Account Number

• Sender required to have FTB savings or current account with sufficient balance.
• Receiver required to have account with participating members.

Fund Transfer Base on Mobile Number

• Sender required to have FTB savings or current account with sufficient balance.
• Receiver required to have valid phone number and legal document issued by authority.

Cash-out Using Passcode Code

• In order to withdraw money at any FTB Counters, receiver required to have FTB savings or current account (for Account to Account) or valid phone number and legal document issued by authority (for Account to Phone Number).
