Manager, Retail Performance Management Office
The primary function of the position is to drive and manage and support branches to ensure branch deliver highly effective business performance.
Main Duties
- Develop daily and monthly performance dashboard and report to high-level management for informed decision making and performance management
- Support annual budget setting and balance score card by branches
- Support branches in terms of management information system and other general queries
- Constantly review and develop new tools for sales productivity tracking including but not limited to sales performance dashboard, pipeline management tools, productivity dashboard, etc.
- Liaise with related departments to build channel performance dashboard and other analytical tools requested by the management

- Other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
- At least 5 year experience related to performance management with Bank/MFI is preferable
- Ability to work effectively in a team and/or time-pressured environment.
- Organizational, time management, and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
