Staff, Products & Service Development

This role is responsible for assist in conducting market research, analyzing competitor and industry trends, developing product and service, managing the development lifecycle, and monitoring its performance.

Main Duties

• Assist with conducting market research to identify gap and opportunities within the FIs.
• Assist with analysis competitor offerings and industry trends to inform product development decisions.
• Develop product and service concepts and features, considering feasibility, profitability, and market fit.
• Assist to create detailed product and service specifications and documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, risk management, legal, and technology teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Assist to prepare product and service development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and beyond.
• Monitor product and performance and make adjustment as needed.
• Assist to analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform future product and service development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry best practices in commercial banking.
• Assist line manager in preparation of presentations and reports.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in product development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytics tools.
• Understanding of the commercial banking market and products.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
