Staff, IT Core Banking Development & Solution Unit

This role is working in IT Department, the Staff, IT Core Banking Development & Solution will perform the following duties:

Main Duties

• Develop the core banking system to make it easier, smoother, more efficient and up-to-date to meet the evolving needs of FTB Bank.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Bank’s information technology project or support the facilitation of innovation, modification and update of products in the core banking system to be highly effective.
• Track Ticket System and research for solutions in collaboration with core banking system suppliers or development partners and provide solutions to all system users more easily and efficiently.
• Monitor and compile the development and results of production, prepare report and store the documents related to the development of the core banking system.
• Prepare testing system in collaboration with UAT users, compile UAT-related documents accurately and precisely before input testing system into the production line for official use.
• Develop on closing transaction (COB) to maintain daily core banking system data, secure the core banking system, and ensure better support for banking operations.
• Develop In-house System and Financial System to be more efficient.
• Prepare monthly report, request document for problem solving, modifying the test package or any other issues for the manager and related parties clearly
• Research for various failure to solve, improve and participate in regular training for high efficiency.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related degree
• Minimum of one year in Core Banking or Development with Bank/MFI is preferable
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to create project analyst, project requirement, proposals requirement documentations, presentations, create reports and offer recommendation base on business requirement
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong processing flow Core Banking and Development
