• Upon 21 days written notice to Visa, the Merchant reserves the right to replace the alphanumeric voucher code used for the Offer (the “Voucher Code”) at any time, if it becomes aware that such Voucher Code has been disclosed or made available to markets not agreed between the Parties in writing, or to consumers who are not Visa Cardholders, provided that the Merchant shall provide Visa with a replacement Voucher Code within 7 days following the written notice to Visa of its intention to replace the Voucher Code. For the avoidance of doubt, the Merchant shall: (i) only be entitled to replace the alphanumeric voucher code, not the Offer or discount itself; and (ii) ensure that the replaced alphanumeric voucher code shall continue to entitle the Visa Cardholders to the relevant Offer.
