The role involves ensuring the safety and security of bank premises, staff, customers, and assets by monitoring the building, conducting regular inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and responding to incidents in a timely manner.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of customers, the building, and all employees at all levels;
• Regularly check alarm systems and CCTV to take timely action in case of any issues, such as malfunctioning alarms, flashing lights, or abnormal images on displays;
• Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure they are fully operational;
• Maintain clear records of names, signatures, times, daily security checks, and the purpose of entry;
• Ensure cleanliness in parking lots, drainage systems, gardens, and maintain the overall aesthetics of the bank;
• Safeguard the bank's valuable assets and documents by storing them in designated secure locations;
• Ensure that no weapons, explosives, alcohol, or drugs are allowed within the bank premises;
• Supervise mechanics who repair, install, maintain, or clean equipment on-site or within the building, ensuring the work is completed properly;
• Enforce bank’s policies, procedures, and regulations related to safety and security;
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred.
• At least one-year experience as a security guard or equivalent.
