Senior Relationship Executive, FI (Financial Institution) & Multinational Business is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients in financial and business services.
The key role is to leverage the connection to retain clients and identify additional sales opportunities. This role also works on loan summary, loan assessment of FI & Corporate, and work with the team to maximize/diversify revenue streams across customer portfolios including loans, deposits, payment and cash management, trade finance, and FX etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Network and identify new FI, Corporate, and Multinational clients by providing banking products and services information;
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen the bank’s relationship;
- Prepare loan summaries and assess loan requests and financial services needs of FI & Corporate client;
- Assist the manager and team in targeting potential and existing loan/deposit customers to increase wallet share, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
- Ensure compliance with FTB policies and procedures within the team;
- Align work with the strategic priorities and direction of the bank/office;
- Learn from the manager and team to improve technical skills and client communication;
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
- At Least 3 years’ experience in in banking industry, financial service or related fields is a plus.
