Trainee, Retail Lending

This role is responsible for servicing the clients who come to the branch counter. The incumbent will build a thorough understanding of each client financial requirements and will focus on providing best services to retain and build deeper relationships with clients.

Main Duties

• Assist in developing and generating sales opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive business growth and expand the bank’s product and service reach;
• Assist in promoting and selling a full range of banking products to maximize client value, meet their needs, and align with their financial capacity;
• Provide good service and assist in resolving customer complaints to build long-term trust;
• Assist in conducting loan Underwriting & Credit Analysis by Collect customer information, financial assessments;
• Assist in preparing loan proposals and contracts/disbursement;
• Assist in monitoring overdue loan and following up on timely manner;
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.

Skills/ Experiences

• Junior or senior student.
• Proficiency in English.
• Motivated, Proactive and raady to contribute.
