The staff of ESB & API management involves maintaining the architecture, implementation, and governance of these essential components. The role aims to facilitate the smooth integration of systems and applications, allow the bank to quickly respond to evolving business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

Main Duties

• Create detailed process flows, define key system components, and assign relevant tasks based on guidance from the line manager, ensuring all aspects of the integration are accounted for;
• Work closely with operations teams to enhance infrastructure, streamline processes, and ensure seamless communication and integration between various systems;
• Collect and analyze integration requirements from stakeholders, business units, and external partners, ensuring all needs are clearly understood and documented;
• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications, designing integration solutions using ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and API technologies to ensure efficient system interactions;
• Partner with architects and solution designers to ensure integration strategies align with overall business objectives and technical standards, optimizing the design and implementation phases;
• Perform other task as assigned by line manager.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field;
• At least 1 year experiences in managing ESB and API platforms;
• Experience in design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level ESB and API solutions to enable seamless integration and communication between internal systems, third-party applications, and external partners;
• Experience in establishing monitoring and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, an operational issue within ESB and API environments;
• Web Development Skill;
• Design Studio and API tools (Postman);
• Algorithm Design and Analysis;
Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
