This role is managed tasks and duties of Terminal Management Unit to ensure ongoing performance and good for support business requirement.

Main Duties

• Monitoring ATM performance (Hardware/Software/ATM Network);
• Control and install new ATM at ATM Side;
• Schedule onside and off side fixing ATM issues (Hardware / Software);
• Coordinate with relevant team on ATM deployment, maintenance, and related issues;
• Repair ATM spare part for re-use;
• Support to repairing/replace part of terminal if needs (PP and Provinces);
• Provide the ATM journal log and transaction images to Accounting Reconcile team;
• Backup all ATM logs and transaction images;
• Perform other duties assigned by manager.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least one-year experience in ATM technical skill;
• Computer study (Computer science & engineering);
• Technical computer and ATM technical skill;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Self-starter and eager to learn new things;
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
