Senior Manager, Digital Quality Assurance Unit
This role is responsible for driving innovation through in-depth research on emerging technologies, tools,
and industry best practices. This role involves designing scalable system and application architectures,
developing technical specifications for products and services, and enhancing existing processes and solutions.
Main Duties
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices to support innovation, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement;
- Design and develop technical specifications for products and services, ensuring alignment with user requirements, industry standards, and operational feasibility
- Design and develop scalable system and application architectures that meet business and technical requirements;
- Review current process, products/services, logics, flow, etc., for improvement;
- Conduct research on application security to identify areas of impacts and needed solutions for remedies;
- Create and simulate programming codes or other resources such as SDK, APIs, redirect link, Deeplink, etc., business requirement documents (BRD), Standard Operations Procedure (SOP), guidelines, and provide walk-through to stakeholders;
- Offer presentation on proposed product/service, concepts, designs, for stakeholders;
- Provide trainings on acquired technological know-how, concepts, design, etc., to DBD’s and concerned stakeholders;
- Carry out any tasks assigned from time to time by management.
Skills/ Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the fields of information technologies and payment.
- At least 5 years in payment related fields and application development.
- Good programming skills in either or some the following programing languages: Java, Phynton, Java script, React, React Native, Note.JS, Spring Boot, NestJs, ExpressJs.
- Good capabilities in DevOps and deployment using GITHub/Lab, CI/CD Piplines, Docker, Serverless architecture; and databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostGreSQL
- Good understanding of digital stuffs and payment related products/services.
- Good communication in Khmer & English with good interpersonal skills
