Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is eligible for all FTB Mobile app users with a pre-paid phone number from Smart.
• FTB Mobile app users who are existing subscribers will win an instant prize every time they top up USD 1 or more via FTB Mobile in a single transaction.
• FTB Mobile app users who are new Smart subscribers will win 2 (two) instant prizes with their first top up of USD 1 or more via FTB Mobile in a single transaction.
• Both new and existing subscribers will get two (2) entries into a lucky draw for every top up of USD 1. The more subscribers top up their prepaid number, the more entries they will receive:
   • Top up of USD 7.50 via FTB Mobile will get 16 entries (7.5 is rounded up to 8).
   • Top up of USD 7.49 via FTB Mobile will get 14 entries (7.49 is rounded down to 7).
• The prizes in the monthly lucky draws include 4 (four) BYD Seagulls and 1 (one) BYD Dolphin electric vehicles.
• The lucky draw entries will be reset during each lucky draw cycle and cannot be carried forward. The lucky draw cycles are as follows:
   • 24 July to 31 August 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of September 2024 to select the winner of 1 (one) BYD Seagull.
   • 1-30 September 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of October 2024 to select the winner of 1 (one) BYD Seagull.
   • 1-31 October 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of November 2024 to select the winner of 1 (one) BYD Seagull.
   • 1-30 November 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of December 2024 to select the winner of 1 (one) BYD Seagull.
   • 1-31 December 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of January 2025 to select the winner of 1 (one) BYD Dolphin.
• If a subscriber tops up their own number, then their phone number will receive the entry or win a prize. If a subscriber tops up for another person, then that person’s phone number will receive the entry or win a prize.
• Subscribers will receive a confirmation SMS when they win an instant prize or receive an entry for the monthly lucky draw. The SMS will have a redemption code for physical prizes.
• If subscribers win a smartphone, Home Internet by Smart, or a SIM card discount voucher, they can claim it at any Smart Shop (the voucher can also be used at any Smart Shop). Discount vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be used together with any ongoing Smart Shop promotions. Multiple discount vouchers cannot be used together.
• If subscribers win a SmartVIP discount voucher, they can redeem the discount at a partner’s outlet as per the current SmartVIP discount redemption method. The discount voucher cannot be used together with any ongoing discounts.
• If a subscriber wins a prize in a lucky draw, they will be contacted directly by a Smart agent with details about prize redemption. During the actual prize redemption, a video will be taken for Smart’s records and marketing purposes.
• If a subscriber wins a smartphone, motorbike, bicycle, or karaoke speaker, they can redeem it at their nearest Smart Shop. To redeem the prize, they must bring and present the winning phone number that received the top up, the confirmation SMS having the redemption code, and a valid ID card or passport.
• Subscribers have 30 days to claim physical prizes. Upon requesting delivery of a physical prize to a specific Smart Shop, it will take 1 week for the prize to be delivered to the shop.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
• There will be no direct contact from FTB Bank on this promotion prizes.
• FTB Bank does not own the prizes. Any dissatisfaction with the prize winners should be communicated directly to Smart.
• FTB Bank and Smart Axiata reserve the right to change, amend the terms and conditions or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
