• This promotion is eligible for all FTB Visa cardholders (FTB Classic Visa Debit card, FTB VIP Visa Debit card, and all type FTB CashCard), excluding amount top-up from FTB Visa Cards to Co-Branded Card.
• This promotion is eligible only for FTB Visa cardholders perform pos purchase through FTB POS for fuels at any participating Caltex stations nationwide. Amount top-up from FTB Visa cards to Co-Branded card and goods purchase at Starmart are excluded from this promotion.
• To qualify for cashback, cardholders must perform accumulated POS purchase (fuel) on a monthly basis with following spending tiers:

 • Spending from $10.00 to <$20.00 Get $1 cashback
 • Spending from $20.00 to <$50.00 Get $2 cashback
 • Spending from $50.00 and above Get $3 cashback

• The monthly accumulated spending tier is not carried for the next following month.
• The cashback will be credited to the FTB Visa cardholders linked account within 7 working days in the following month.
• The cashback offers to cardholders while stock lasts.
• FTB Bank will not publicly announce the qualifying cardholders who earn cashback, nor will the bank directly contact them.
• FTB Bank reserve the right to change, amend the terms and conditions or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
