Staff, Retail Banking System Support Unit

The primary function of the position is to support branches with regards to the development and core-banking system operation.

Main Duties

  • Liaise with related stakeholders to analyze new product requirements, define key deliverables, and prepare test scripts & testing scenarios
  • Assist handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in order to validate and verify technical aspects of the new product, to ensure it actually works
  • Prepare testing reports highlighting key results/output information derived from the system testing, and communication to stakeholders to be aligned and make necessary adjustment if needed
  • Provide technical supports/coordination on the issues concerning the core-banking system and other related systems
  • Other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements

  • At least 01 year experience related to performance management with Bank/MFI is preferable
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and/or time-pressured environment.
  • Organizational, time management, and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
