Staff, FX & Treasury Dealing Unit

This role is responsible for preparing the sale budget plan, treasury dealing process and procedures, manage oversea & local FX, and other treasury product sales with a competitive advantage, determine the exchange rate both local and oversea FX , and ensure treasury income reaches to the annual target plan.

Main Duties

• Assist in preparing the sales budget, ensure the annual growth of treasury sales and the incomes from both local and foreign currency exchange and the other treasury sale products;
• Assist determining the daily exchange rate for all available currencies to align with the market rate and competitors, timely update and improve FX sales from time to time with the competitive advantage;
• Work closely with International Department, Operation Department and Branches for FX deal process and procedures, special rate offers and timely settlement to meet customer needs;
• Prepare, monitors and ensures compliancy with the regulators in such ratios: Net Open Position (NOP), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and inter requirement like FX Exposure etc;
• Contribute to build good working environment at workplace by fostering good relationship with one another, maintaining strong liaisons with other stakeholders;
• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by Management.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree of Finance banking or any related field.
• At least one year of experience in treasury, finance and management field.
• Strong Sales Skill;
• Fundamental Knowledge on FX & Treasury Product;
• Risk Awareness & Mitigation.
• Communication and Negotiation Skills;
• Flexibility and Task Management;
• Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
