Senior Staff, Technical Support & Project Implementation Unit
This role involves monitoring and verifying FTB Bank’s digital banking operations, identifying inefficiencies, analyzing various risks, providing technical support, resolving problems, delivering quick and effective solutions, conducting research, and initiating projects related to digital services to enhance customer satisfaction, modernize offerings, and improve competitiveness.
Main Duties
- Monitor and verify FTB’s digital banking operations by identifying inefficiencies, analyzing risks, implementing timely improvements, and ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
- Check and resolve technical issues by providing prompt, accurate, and appropriate solutions to customers and responsible staff related to digital banking services.
- Verify and prioritize critical issues, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on unresolved or ongoing problems.
- Oversee, research, initiate, and manage digital service development projects, including implementation, progress reporting, testing, and risk analysis before official deployment.
- Prepare and compile supporting documentation for each project, including training materials and instructions for teams prior to launching new products or systems.
- Coordinate specific projects or programs with the Product and Program Management Department to meet customer needs within the bank’s regulatory framework while minimizing risks.
- Check and regularly update FTB Bank’s website in collaboration with all departments, ensuring timely removal of outdated content and providing accurate, current, and easily accessible information to attract and engage users.
- Manage the bank’s online Customer Verification and Authentication System, approve customer access, and provide relevant data to departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks/projects assigned by manager.
Skills/ Experiences
- Master Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields.
- At least 3 years in digital Banking sector, Technical Support & Project Implementation fields.
- Experience in project planning. Ability to create project plans, define scope, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies. Understanding of Agile practices like Scrum or Kanban for iterative project management and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource management. Experience in managing project budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and tracking expenses.
- Experience in task management tools. Proficiency in using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project for task tracking and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Troubleshooting Tools. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, monitoring utilities, and system logs to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

- Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
