Senior Staff, Digital Quality Assurance Unit

Provide quality assurance on digital banking products and services. Produce a document or video guide on how to use digital products and services for training staff, practitioners and clients. Collect and compile documents of each project of Digital Banking, both Soft Copy and Hard Copy, send the documents to the recipient. Accurately technically ensures high security.

Main Duties

  • Ensure the quality of digital banking services in accordance with the bank’s standards and high efficiency before the official launch;
  • Manage, compile the documents of the project to develop and improve the digital banking service, both Soft Copy and Hard Copy, store according to the technical specifications, ensure the security and maintenance of the content of the digital banking system (such as website content and other forms on the website);
  • Analyze complex changes and present the specifications for the related documents, manage in-out documents of digital banking services, record the delivery of documents to the recipient accurately, clearly, sufficiently and in timely manner;
  • Participate in the implementation of digital banking service development project, test, find inactivity points and analyze various risks thoroughly and clearly to produce, compile guidelines for pre-team training of each new product or program for officially launched;
  • Supervise the production of documents or video instructions on how to use digital products and services for customers and internal staffs to ensure that the instruction is easy to understand and implementation;
  • Manage the research on how to develop the work, prepare the documents of the project more smoothly, effectively and organize meetings in the unit and study to find out the shortcomings of the work process within the unit, improve, solve and provide support to train staffs in the team. Perform work efficiently and on time;
  • Study and apply well in accordance with the principles, procedures, skills and regulations of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia;
  • Compile the relevant procedures and study the shortcomings to update as well as develop themselves according to the development of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia;
  • Prepare and compile reports in the storage and maintenance section of the department according to technical specifications and avoid any risk;
  • Perform the work in its role and duties well, participate in maintaining the honor, reputation and work culture of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills/ Experiences

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Product Management and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • At least 2 years working in Digital Banking Sector and Professional Experience in quality of products management, services and digital banking system integration for at least 2 years.
  • Good knowledge and Understanding of testing methodologies and tools
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance software
  • Good experience with technical skills related to the industry or product being tested
  • Good experience on data analysis and statistical techniques
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize time management and organizational skills and projects efficiently
  • Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
  • Good experience in attention to detail.
  • Leadership, Integrity, Teamwork, Collaboration and good communication.
