Senior Staff, Business Performance Management Unit

The role is responsible for assist line manager in conducting market research, analyzing competitor and industry trends and monitoring on sales, and corporate product & service’s performance.

Main Duties

• Assist line manager in conducting market research to identify gap and opportunities within Business products and services;
• Assist line manager in analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to inform products development;
• Assist line manager in creating detailed products and services specifications and documentation;
• Assist line manager in monitor products and services on performance and make adjustment as needed;
• Produce sales report and monitor its performance; – Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform future products and services development initiatives;
• Prepare presentations and reports for manager;
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field;
• Data Analysis Skill;
• Power BI, SQL, and/or other reporting software;
• Presentation Skill;
• Analytical thinking
• Communication & Interpersonal awareness
• Computer literacy; in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
