Senior Relationship Manager Trade Sales & Transaction Banking

Senior Relationship Manager Trade Sales & Transaction Banking focus on sales annual target, with sustainable growth for the long run, through implementing effective client retention, new client acquisition strategy, identifying client’s needs and recommending appropriate transaction banking solutions.

Main Duties

  • Leading team to achieve target and improve customer experience based on Policies of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia;
  • Focus on sales annual target, with sustainable growth for the long run, through implementing effective client retention and new client acquisition strategy;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to customize solutions and resolve client issues;
  • Monitoring sale performance and implementing strategic to achieve target;
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth;
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve target and expand the client base;
  • Understanding client’s needs and recommending appropriate transaction banking solutions;
  • Preparing budget plan and sale reports for senior management;
  • Initiate new trade finance-related products to ensure that trade financing activities and other services offered to customers are effective in accordance with the approved policy and complies with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Skills/ Experiences

  • Bachelor/Master degree in finance and banking, Business or related field;
  • At Least 4 years’ experience in a trade sale, transaction banking sale management capacity;
  • Understanding of trade finance products and services, Supply Chain Products, and transaction banking products and services;
  • Trade Finance/Transaction Banking regulations & compliance;
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance & Transaction Banking Products & Services;
  • Knowledgeable on ICC role;
  • Good at problem-solving skills with ability to make decision promptly and independently;
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong customer services and sales-oriented personality;
  • Good at MS Excel-word and PowerPoint;
  • English proficiency.
