Relationship Manager, Retail Lending

This role is responsible for processing loan applications for retail clients, as well as monitoring the group housing loan portfolio.

Main Duties

• Prospect new clients and assists them with loan application;
• Analyze and interpret the financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower;
• Prepare underwriting documentation for loan assessment and approval;
• Prepare and executes loan contracts and arranges for the disbursement of loan in kind;
• Monitor the loan and follows up on timely repayment;
• Monitor overdue loan and resolve loan settlement;
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and collaborates with Borey partners;
• Capable of achieving loan portfolio targets;
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner;
• Prepare report for management and Borey;
• Complete other work-related tasks assigned by Management.

Skills/ Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance or other related fields;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the banking sector;
• Accounting and Finance Skill;
• Leadership Skill;
• Credit Analysis;
• Professional knowledge and skills;
• ​ Microsoft word and excel Skill;
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
