Manager, Digital Terminal Management Unit

The Manager, Digital Terminal Management Unit is responsible for managing the maintaining, repairing, and installing automated teller machines (ATMs) for FTB Bank, and provide technical expertise support to bank personnel and customers to ensure the smooth operation of ATMs 24/7.

Main Duties

  • Manage and supporting the ATM Systems to ensure stability and availability
  • Manage and keep track of ATM stock inventory levels and order replacement parts as needed
  • Prepare the budget plan for ATM terminals and spare parts
  • Manage the performance of the ATM Services support team within Technology comprising system administrators and operators maintaining the bank’s ATM systems and responsible for ensuring ATMs are up and running smoothly 24/7 hour
  • Manage the routine of ATM maintenance schedule monthly and yearly
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot and diagnose ATM software and hardware issues to bank personnel and customers, address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on ATMs
  • Manage the ATM site by doing weekly check, and ensure that ATMs are secured without skimming device attaching
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly with regard to security and data privacy
  • Perform ATM System upgrades and apply system patches promptly after receiving from system vendors
  • Develop ATM scenarios and work with vendors for additional customizations,
  • Oversee ATM configuration support and 3rd Party Integrations
  • Support all Project Management of ATM Implementation and rollouts
  • Manage and support the ATM Terminal Management System
  • Provide guidance to business users for technical related
  • Perform all duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electricity, Electronic and Telecommunication or Information Technology or higher
  • At least 5 years experiences or more in related field
  • ATM/CRM Technical
  • Good management and leadership
  • Good Critical Thinking/capability
  • Problem analysis and solving
  • Good Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
